Garden beds to ready,
Mulch to spread,
Peonies to transplant,
Purple beauties hiding in the grass,
And inside their prisons, the pear trees blossom.

Burning Ox Yoke. Shedding clothing. Sounds like “Burning Man” in your own backyard!

Ha! I wondered if you’d catch that burning chandelier.
Good eyes!

Wow! You’ve been hard at work – and it all looks beautiful! That porch is awesome – I would love to sit there and enjoy a cup of coffee or two :) Really nice….

Thank You! We have managed a couple of porch sits and a dinner or two, but right now in Pennsylvania it is 54 degrees and raining….

Well, I don’t want to make it worse than it is — it is really 62 degrees and raining…. :-)

Yes. My daughter lives in Napa and she said yesterday it was 91 degrees! I told her to send some of that our way! Trade some heat for some rain? :-)

I would gladly trade some heat for some rain – it’s pushing 100 today where I live – so it’s just a bit toasty for us. But…it usually cools down in the evening, so I really can’t complain. Just would like some more rain….

You burned the ox yoke! Porch looks great! It will be hard to work and not sit on it and enjoy the sunshine – that is, if we ever get some! Bill is recovering from back surgery. When he is feeling up to it, maybe we will come down to sit on the porch with you. Keep up the good work – it is all coming together!

Oh we would love your company!!
My last day of work is June 6.
Very Last Day. :-/ Not saying the R word but we’re hoping to move sometime soon.
I think there will be plenty of time for porch sitting this summer…
We will pray for fast recovery for Bill.
